We at M2M believe, while not everyone can or wants to run a marathon, everyone can accomplish their goals…..whatever they may be! That brings us to the question “what’s YOUR marathon?” We are here to support your goals whether it be developing a program to gain overall fitness, walking for 10 minutes 3 times per week, or running a 5k or marathon. We’re all in this together...and the time to start is now.

 

 

My love for running started in middle school, and since then, my passion for fitness and running has been steadily growing. After running my first marathon in Chicago 2002, I instantly loved it, and have run 8 marathons since. From Chicago, to NY, to Pittsburgh, to Dublin, the marathons I have participated in are moments in my life that I truly cherish. As I stood on the starting line of the Dublin City Marathon in Ireland, I looked around and thought to myself, “the world really is my playground, and I am so lucky.” (And I want YOU to feel that same way).

While pursuing my love of marathons, I continue to run in various distance races. Anything from a 5k to a full marathon is where you might find me. In the summer of 2008 I began a new journey toward my first Triathlon and am enjoying that as well.

In order to share my love for fitness through teaching, I have gained certifications in various areas:

  • Cycle, Sports Conditioning
  • Aquatic Fitness
  • General Group Exercise
  • Kick Boxing
  • PiYo(pilates/yoga fusion).

I currently teach at several facilties in the Rochester area, and also hold current Red Cross CPR, Emergency Oxygen, AED and First Aid certifications.

I have coached running groups of all ages from young children, to high school level, to adults.

I want everyone to have the opportunity to feel what I felt on the starting line in Dublin, Ireland even if they are standing in their own backyard. Running brings people together - it is an amazing outlet for any of us whether we walk or run. Please join us, and lets move forward together.
